• Gift Card can be redeemed after one hour of recharge
• This gift card is a property of Al Jazira and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
• The card will be recharged with the value by the Customer Service agent at the time of invoice.
• This card is redeemable at any AI Jazira store at the time of purchase
• The balance amount in the card or the validity or expiry date can be checked at any cash Counter
• Any unused amounts will be cancelled or forfeited if not used during the card’s validity and no transfer of such unused amounts will be allowed.
• This card cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
• The amount available in the card expires after 6 month from the date of recharge.
• In case the transaction amount is more than the value contained in the gift card the balance amount can be paid through other payment methods.
