- The Al Jazira Profit Club functionality will be available in Aljazira Mobile App. The App will help customers to place the orders from their Smart Phones and manage their loyalty points / Loyalty Vouchers etc.,
- The existing loyalty voucher will be available on the loyalty account which can be redeemed before 31 December 2024.

How our Loyalty Points Calculated.
- BD 1 spent is equal to 2 points and on selected items get 4 to 6 points.
- Customer should have minimum 100 points for redemption.
- 100 Points are equal to BD 1.
- Discounted / Promotion items are not eligible for loyalty points.
- Points can be enquired @ POS counters and can be seen in the Mobile App.
Undertaking
This Undertaking is issued by Al Jazira Group BSC (C) (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to its customers enrolled in Al Jazira Profit Club Program
WHEREAS the Company provides loyalty points to customers as part of its Profit Club program;
AND WHEREAS the Company seeks to clarify its position regarding any misuse, unauthorized redemption, or fraudulent activity involving loyalty points;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby undertaken as follows:
- The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any misuse, loss, theft, or unauthorized use of loyalty points by customers, third parties, or any other persons.
- Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for ensuring that their loyalty points are redeemed in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions.
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity relating to loyalty points shall result in immediate suspension or termination of the customer’s account, and forfeiture of accumulated points, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, including its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the Loyalty Program, customers acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the misuse of loyalty points.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Undertaking has been duly executed and shall be deemed accepted by all participants of the Loyalty Program upon their enrollment.

A: Al Jazira Profit Club is a Loyalty rewards program and our way of saying “Thank you” for shopping with us. As a member of this program, it entitles you to earn points for almost every Dinar spent in Al Jazira stores & E-Commerce Portal. Membership also entitles you to exclusive benefits such as earning double points or triple points on selective items, brands or categories.
Points can be redeemed at our Stores or E-commerce Mobile App or E-Commerce Portal.

A: Existing loyalty App will be upgraded and new features will appear, whenever you do a transaction at our store, please show the QR code the transaction will be recorded as loyalty transaction.

A: Download AlJazira Mobile App from iOS / Android / Huawei App stores. Sign up with your Name, Email, Mobile Number, CPR Number, Date of Birth. Enter your Al Jazira Loyalty card number if you are already a member. If not choose to create a new Loyalty number.
You are now joined to the Al Jazira Profit Club!

A: Al Jazira Profit Club QR is available in the Al Jazira Mobile App. Simply show the QR to cashier, while doing the transactions at our stores, the points will be added to your account.

A: Usually it takes 24 hours to reflect the points in your App.

A: Previous loyalty vouchers will still appear in the App. However, the Voucher validity is 6 months from the issue date. Hence, please redeem them asap.

A: Each BD 1 spent on any items except Tobacco & Dairy products will earn 2 point.
Example 1 :- If you shop for BD 4 (Items Except Tobacco & Dairy) you will earn 8 Points.
Example 2 :- If you shop for BD 4 (BD 2 Tobacco Items & BD 2 other items) you will earn 4 points.

A: You can enquire your balance points at our POS counters.
You can also see the balance points in the Mobile App.

A: The points earned / redeemed will be printed on each transaction receipt. Also, you will see points earned / Redeemed against each transaction under “My History” in the App.
