Return And Exchange Policy
If a customer wants to return a product, get it exchanged, we want to make it as easy as possible.
If any of our products fall below the high standard you expected, we will happily exchange in a reasonable time of 15 days from the date of invoice and you are requested to kindly keep original invoice for getting exchange.
You are requested to kindly check both the quality and quantity of products delivered before the delivery person leaves the place. If you find any faulty or damage products, kindly return back to the concern delivery person and immediately contact to our customer care for replacement.
Condition of the products: The products should be unused and returned by customer in its original condition.
Frozen / perishable items can be returned within the same day.
Damaged / opened products cannot be returned.
Original Purchase or Payments receipt Bill: Customer needs to bring original payment receipt along with product to track respective purchase in the system.
Cash refund is not allowed.
Refund amount will be provided as Credit Note.
Credit Note will be valid for 1 month from date of issue.
Due to hygiene reasons no exchange, return or refund will be offered on cosmetics, perfumes, and personal grooming products.
